Here is how you make Beef Tips:

In a heavy, NOT nonstick skillet over medium high heat, brown the beef (cut into cubes). Allow to cook until the skillet bottom is browned but not burned; deglaze with a cup of water, scraping up the browned bits. Repeat browning and deglazing with water. Repeat a third and final time, deglazing with 6 oz. wine and 6 oz. water. Add onions, Worcestershire and seasonings. Simmer on low for 30 minutes, adding water periodically to keep liquid at braising level (not fully covering the meat). Shake remaining water with flour and cornstarch.
