The ingredients for Beef and Shells are:

Brown ground beef. Empty beef and drain off fat. Return the empty pan to the stove and add 3/4 cup of red onion. Using medium-high heat, stir onion until opaque. Do not brown. Remove onion. Add one chopped bell pepper and stir until soft. Return ground beef to pan as well as onions. Stir together. Add one can (151/2 oz) of tomato sauce. Add half a package of Italian Dressing mix. Stir. Sprinkle chopped hot peppers, if desired, over mixture.
Cook small pasta shells 7-8 minutes. Drain and rinse. Add to beef mixture and stir. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad, French bread and enjoy. Makes 8 1 cup servings.
