Wash and trim roast. Salt and season one side of meat and place seasoned side down into crock pot. Salt and season top of meat and let sit about 5 minutes while you prep. veggies and open cans. Dump soup, broth, and water over meat. Cook on high for 1 hour and flip meat. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add veggies and cook additional 1 hour or until veggies are tender. Makes 6 generous portions.
