Here is how you make South of the Border Beef:

In dish, combine .5 c water, 3 T flour, garlic, chili powder, cumin and oregano. Set aside.Combine 1/3 c flour and Mrs Dash in a bag. Add beef cubes and shake to coat.Heat oil over medium high heat. Add in onion and beef. Cook 8-10 minutes or until meat is browned. Stir often. Put in slow cooker when done. Add in tomatoes with liquid, chilis, and the flour mixture from the first step. Cook covered on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours (or until meat is tender).Serve over noodles (not included in calorie count).
