1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
100g light feta, crumbled
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tbsp oil

Here is how you make Spicy Beef Gozleme Stuffing:

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat. Add the onion and garlic to pan, and cook, stirring often. Add beef, and continue stirring often until the meat is browned. Add spinach, chilli, cumin, and paprika. Cook until spinach has wilted and the meat is fully cooked. Remove from heat. Stir through feta and lemon juice.(if using this recipe with the Turkish Gozleme Dough recipe.)Divide mixture, and dough into 16 equal portions. Roll each dough portion into small rectangles, and fold over a portion of the stuffing. Seal the edges by pinching them. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Brush one side of each gozleme with oil. Cook in a frying pan till golden, and crisp on each side, and serve.
