1 onion, diced
2 tbsp dried italian herbs
salt and pepper to taste
2-16 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
32 oz water
2 frozen packets chopped spinach
1 can chopped mushrooms
20 Catelli Express Lasagna noodles (no boil)
3 cups marble cheese, shredded


How Do I Make Beef and Spinach Lasagna?

Here is how you make Beef and Spinach Lasagna:

Scramble fry beef until no longer pink. Drain off fat and drippings. Add chopped garlic,chopped onion, italian herbs, salt and pepper as you like, and 2 cans of crushed tomatoes (16 OZ each). Add 2 -16 oz cans of water to mixture. Add a can of chopped mushrooms, frozen spinach, and other veggies as you like. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or longer if you like. In large casserole pan, layer sauce, noodles, and more sauce. Create 4 layers of noodles, finish with sauce, and then top with cheese. Cover with foil, bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, remove from oven and uncover. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.Serving Size:?Makes 12 generous servings
