3 cups of chopped Yellow Squash
2 cups of chopped Red Onion
13.5 oz can of mushrooms
26.5 oz DelMonte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
2 tsp Garlic

Cook Brown rice per package instructions. Brown the Ground Beef in large Saucepan. Pour out all of the grease. In a skillet, saute the squash, onions and garlic in the olive oil till tender. Add to the ground beef. Add mushrooms, spaghetti sauce salt and pepper, to the beef mixture in saucepan.
