Place meat in 5 quart crock pot. add vegetables sprinkle soup mix , pepper , garlic powder , and salt over vegatables. Pour V-8 juice and broth over the mixture. Stir to distribute seasonings. Cover with lid and coook on low setting for 8-10 hours. If you don't have the mixed veggies on hand just use 1 cup each of your favorite veggies . You can also use plain tomato juice for the V-8.
