Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add noodles. Set aside 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat 1 Tbs. oil until shimmering. Add and cook until slightly softened. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, bell peppers and soften slightly. Drain noodles and put in large bowl with 1 1/2 tsp of sesame oil and soy sauce. Cut noodles and add veggies. Stir. Add remainder of oil to Dutch oven and cook beef quickly over medium high heat.
