Preheat the oven to 350F. Then, prepare all off your veggies.2. Lubricate a sheet pan with olive oil spray. Lay potatoes out in a single layer. Back until golden brown (at most this should take 20 minutes). Set aside.3. Spray a pan with olive oil spray. Sear the steak on medium high heat. Cook each side for a minimum of 4 minutes (for medium rare). You can cook it longer, if you like your meat more done. Take the steak off the heat, cover with foil and let rest.4.
