How Do I Make Red Beef Stroganoff?

Here is how you make Red Beef Stroganoff:

Brown meat in 1 tbs olive oil. Remove from pan, and add sliced mushrooms and onion. Saute until the onion is soft. Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix the broth and tomato paste together. In second bowl mix the yogurt and flour. Make sure you mix well. When the onions and mushrooms are done, add the broth mixture, and bring to a simmer. Add the yogurt and flour. Let thicken.
