Here is how you make Beef Stuffed Romaine Leaves:

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, horseradish sauce, salt, and 1/2 c. of the tomato sauce.In a large skillet, boil water. Add a few romaine leafs at a time to the water. Gently boil to soften the lettuce ribs so it will roll easily.As each leaf is ready, create a meatball and lie at the narrow end of the leaf and roll. Do this 12 times to create 12 meat stuffed romaine leaves.Lay meatballs on a grease draining microwave safe dish in a larger microwave safe cake pan. Add 1/4 t. tabasco to the remaining 2 c. of tomato sauce. Pour over meatballs.Cover dish with waxed paper and microwave 10-12 minutes on high until meat is cooked through.
