1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
White pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
PAM or other light cooking spray
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make Savory Beef-Stuffed Mushrooms:

Preheat oven to 400°F.Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely (by hand or in a food processor); set aside.(Mince the garlic, if using fresh cloves.)In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, egg, garlic and vegetables (except the mushroom caps and stems), mixing with your hands until well blended.Add all the spices; mix well by hand.Add the chopped mushroom stems and Parmesan Cheese; mix well, again.Place the stuffed mushroom caps onto a baking pan or sheet sprayed with cooking spray (PAM).
