1 Cup Spaghetti Sauce
8 Oz Wide Egg Noodles, Cooked
1/2 Sour Cream, Low Fat
1 Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
1/2 Cup Crushed Fritos Corn Chips

Here is how you make Taco Ground Beef and Noodle Dish:

Brown Beef, onions, green peppers. Add taco seasoning, water & spaghetti sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Boiled noodles while browning beef. Layer in 2 Qt Casserole Dish. Put a little meat mixture on bottom, than noodles, little more sauce. Than mix sour cream & 1/2 Cup of cheese together & put as next layer. Finish layering with meat mixture & noodles. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Put 1/2 cup of cheese & corn chips on top & put back in oven for at least 10 minutes.
