2 jars Bullseye BBQ Sauce
1 jar medium hot salsa or picante sauce
1 large onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped

Here is how you make Texas Barbecued Beef:

Put roast in an oven roasting bag that has had 1 T flour shaken into it.In a large bowl combine BBQ sauce, salsa, chopped onion, chopped green pepper. Stir to combine then pour over roast.Close roasting bag with twist tie then cut a few slits into the top to vent.Roast at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Remove from oven and put roast into large pan. Using two forks shred the beef. Pour sauce over the top.Serve alone or on a nice roll with some grated cheddar.
