Here is how you make Asian Beef and Vegetables:

Slice steak into bite size peices. Combine consomme, soy sauce, brown sugar & oil. Place meat in a crockpot. Pour liquid mixture over meat. Cook for 6 hours on low. Cook vegetables. Add to meat mixture. Take out 2 T of sauce & combine with cornstarch. Mix back into meat mixture. Turn crockpot to high for additional 30 minutes. Sauce should thicken some.
