Cook pasta to directions on package and drain. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add beef and brown. Add garlic, onions, peppers and cook till onions begin to look tranlucent. Add asparagus and saute for 2 more minutes. Add spinach and toss to wilt. Combine in a large bowl with oregano, basil, penne and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
