6 Tblsp Red Cooking Wine
3/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup ginger juice
1/2 cup garlic oil
4 cloves minced garlic
2 Tblsp fresh grated ginger
1 1/2 lbs of thinly sliced round steak cut into small strips
8 oz fresh bean sprouts
2 cups chopped green cabbage
1 cup grated carrots
2 large yellow onions cut into slices
3 large celery stalks cut into
1 cup canned pineapple chunks in natural juice
2 Tblsp Canola oil
2 Tblsp Sesame oil


How Do I Make Mongolian Inspired Beef and Veggie Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Mongolian Inspired Beef and Veggie Stir Fry:

Cut meat into small strips. Mix with first six ingredients and the juice from the pineapple (save the pineapple chunks for later). Let marinade in a large bowl for at least 30 minutes while preparing other ingredients. Chop cabbage into small chunks, coarsely grate the carrots, cutbonions into slices, and chop celery into chunks. When meat had finished marinating, heat the sesame oil and the canola oil together in a wok. When oil is hot, add the beef strips, including juice from the marinade. Cook for five minutes stirring frequently. Add all the veggies and the pineapple chunks and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
