Here is how you make Dave's Beef and Veggies:

Warm up skillet and add 1 oz of walnut oil, before it gets hot. Keep burner on low - medium. Add beef (cubed, whole, sliced however). Cover skillet. Wash greens and pull off the vein. Wait 3-4 minutes for beef to cook, then add greens, onion, cilantro and 1 oz of walnut oil. Turn beef and cover. Continue to stir greens/onions and beef until beef is cooked to your liking.
