Brown pork, add onion, pepper, and tomatoes. Mix gravy according to package and add to pork. Slice zuchinni into think 1/2--3/4 inch slices. Then make a slit in the slice (not going all the way through) and gently pull sides apart to form a pocket. Fill each pocket with a spoonful of pork mixture. Mix eggs with fork; dip each pocket into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs.
