1 c. shredded taco cheese
12 soft taco size tortillas

Here is how you make Freezer Breakfast Burrito:

In one skillet melt the butter and cook the red bell peppers until slightly soft. Add the eggs and scramble them. In another skillet, brown the sausage. Add the eggs to the sausage and mix thoroughly. Lay a little cheese down the center of a tortilla, add a good size spoonful of the egg/sausage mixture. Fold down the top and bottom of the tortilla and roll it up. Wrap tightly in wax paper and repeat for all the tortillas. Lay the burritos in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze.
