Add the egg beaters, ham and green chilis. Stir and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove, stir-breaking up the cooked egg mixture. It will still be runny. Return to the microwave and cook for 90 seconds.Remove, run a spoon around the edge and bottom and turn over onto a plate so that you have a small mound. In the same cup, add the grits and water.
