2 TBSP 2% Fat Shredded Cheese
2 TBSP canned diced green chilis
1 Packet Quaker Butter Flavor Grits
1/2 c hot water
PAM Cooking Spray

Here is how you make Mount St. Egg Breakfast:

Spray a large soup mug with the cooking spray. Add the egg beaters, ham and green chilis. Stir and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove, stir-breaking up the cooked egg mixture. It will still be runny. Return to the microwave and cook for 90 seconds.Remove, run a spoon around the edge and bottom and turn over onto a plate so that you have a small mound. In the same cup, add the grits and water. Stir and microwave 30 seconds (1 min if you are not starting with hot water).Remove, stir and pour over the top of the egg mound.
