Here is how you make Southwestern Breakfast Egg Sandwich:

In a small non stick skillet, melt margarine. Add egg substitutes and seasoning. Cook stirring occassionally to avoid burning until mixture looks just slightly wet. Remove from heat. Arrange in pan to look somewhat like a patty to the size of the Sandwich Thin. Place cheese on egg and ham on top of the cheese. Cover with skillet cover or a plate. Toast Sandwich Thin. by the time the Thin is toasted, the cheese will have softened and eggs will be jelled together.
