1/2 red bell pepper
8 oz (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
30 tortillas (I used Mama Lupe's low carb fajita size)
1/2 c salsa

Here is how you make Frozen Breakfast Burritos:

Brown the sausage. Drain.Dice pepper (the smaller the better in my opinion)Beat eggs and egg whites together. Set aside.Put the peppers and salsa in with the cooked meat. Let them brown a bit.Add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper to the sausage. Let cook while scrambling. When the mixture has finished, start loading up tortillas. I put about 3 tbsp of mixture into each tortilla, and rolled them up. Package them in saran wrap in pairs. Freeze.When you're ready to eat them, take out a pair and microwave on high for about 1 minute.
