How Do I Make Bacon and Ham Breakfast Fritada?

Here is how you make Bacon and Ham Breakfast Fritada:

1. Cook onion, pepper and ham in 8" cast iron skillet until pepper is tender and slightly browned.2. Add cooked, chopped bacon to the pan, mix and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan.3. Beat eggs and egg whites together and pour into skillet evenly over skillet contents.4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until egg is approx 1/2 set. (The top will still be runny, this is okay.)5. Place entire skillet under broiler for 3-5 minutes or until egg is completely set and slightly browned. (Do *not* take your eyes off of food under the broiler, it could burn very quickly.)6. Remove from broiler and sprinkle evenly with Daiya.
