Here is how you make Mom's Quick Breakfast hash:

Defrost hash brown patties in the microwave for 2 minutes. Saute chopped onions and peppers until soft in pan coated with cooking spray. Tear bacon into small pieces and add to the pan until warm. Remove onions, peppers, and bacon from pan and set aside. Mix eggs with milk and pour into the same pan and scramble. (season to taste) Remove eggs from the pan. Add more cooking spray or olive oil to the pan and place the hash browns in the pan. Chop hash browns to small pieces while cooking them to a golden crisp in the pan.
