1 frozen hamburger patty (preferably lean)
2 fresh eggs
1 tbs of vegetable oil


How Do I Make Hungry Man Breakfast?

Here is how you make Hungry Man Breakfast:

Slice potato into small pieces and put in a bowl. Pour 1 tbsp of veggie oil over them and mix them up to coat all pieces.Put potato in the microwave for 4-6 minutes or until tender. (This isnt necessary but it cuts down cooking time ALOT)While potato is steaming in the microwave heat up skillet and put the hamburger patty in it. Cook on medium to high heat until soft and then break it up into pieces, cook until brown.Drain most of the grease if there is any, and when the potatoes are tender, add them to the skillet.Cook until the desired crunchiness is achieved.Crack eggs into the skillet and mix it all up and keep mixing until the eggs are fully cooked.
