Here is how you make Kicked Up Breakfast Bowl:

Chop onions and potatoes. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat on medium heat, then add potatoes, onions and minced garlic. Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp. of Mrs. Dash Table Blend. Cook until potatoes are fork soft.In small bowl, mix egg substitutes, egg whties, bacon pieces, and remainder of Mrs. Dash, set aside. When potatoes are almost done, in separate pan over medium heat, cook egg mixture adding tomatoes to heat through with eggs.Transfer potatoes to bowls, then add eggs to the top.
