What Are The Ingredients For Breakfast Balls Recipe?The ingredients for Breakfast Balls are: 16 eggs, hardboiled1 lb bacon 2 tbs mustard 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil 4 lbs sausage How Do I Make Breakfast Balls?Here is how you make Breakfast Balls: 1. Place bacon on broiler pans and bake at 400 degrees until crisp.2. Hard boil eggs.3. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.4. Combine yolks, mustard, and olive oil. Crumble bacon into yolk mixture and mix to combine.5. Form yolk mixture in to 1 teaspoon balls, then place between two egg whites.6. Wrap sausage around formed eggs and place on sheet pans. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until sausage is cooked through.7. Serve on toast with holandaise sauce and maple syrup.Note: there will be quite a bit of the yolk mixture that will not fit into the eggs.
