-1 1/2 C chopped onions
-8 oz fresh mushrooms, chopped

-1/2 lb. Bob Evans Original Recipe saugage, cooked, drained and crumbled
-4 servings of Egg Beaters, Egg whites only(12 T)
-1 1/3 C 6 cheese Italian cheese blend (about 80 cal per 1/3 c serving) I got mine from Shop n Save


How Do I Make Rumbamel's Breakfast Sausage and Mushroom Bake?

Here is how you make Rumbamel's Breakfast Sausage and Mushroom Bake:

--Cook potatoes until tender. I cooked mine in the microwave about 6 minutes and set aside while sauteing the onions and shrooms. After the onions and shrooms are tender, remove to a bowl and set aside. --Cook sausage and drain. Remove and add it to the onions and mushrooms to set aside while you crisp up the potatoes a bit if you can.--Then remove the potatoes to set aside and returnt he sausage mix to the skillet and spread it around, mixed evenly. Pour the egg mix over the top and turn the heat on med/low. Cover and cook until eggs are done. Sprinkle the potatoes on top and then the cheese.
