Here is how you make Steak and Gorgonzola breakfast wrap:

- Cook the breakaway steaks on med-high heat until they're all the way browned. - Put the meat in a paper-towel-lined colander to drain, but DO NOT DISCARD the grease in the pan!- Mix the egg beaters, garlic salt, pepper and dry mustard, then cook them in the grease over med-hi heat.
