Here is how you make Breakfast Stir Fry:

Dice bacon and cook.Add coconut oil and all veggies to pan and saute on medium heat until half-cooked. Add spices and seasonings and toss a few more times.Remove 3/4 of the vegetable and bacon mixture to a storage container to cool, leaving 1 serving in the pan.Push remaining veg and bacon mixture to side of pan and sprinkle cheese on top. Crack 2 eggs in other half of pan and cover pan with a lid. Reduce heat to low or off and let steam cook for 3-5 minutes.When you remove the lid, the egg whites should be set and hopefully the yolks are still runny yet warm.
