How Do I Make Swiss Chard breakfast bowl?

Here is how you make Swiss Chard breakfast bowl:

Wash and de-stem the Swiss chard. Cut the stems into 1/2 inch slices and set aside. Meanwhile, put you sausages in a pan to cook and a pot of water on to boil. Once the sausages are ready, pull them and give the pan a spray, and add the egg. I like mine sunny side up, so at this point, I drop the chard stems into the boiling water. When my egg is done, I pull that and add the leaves to boiling water. The leaves will be wilted in a minute. Drain the chard and add to the pan. Stir to evaporate some of the water and get the little bits of browning that the sausage leaves behind. Add the creme fraiche and stir until it's melted and add any heat that you want (pepper, red pepper flakes or hotsauce). Put greens in a big bowl, with chopped sausage on top. Lay egg on top and eat! (I like to pop the yolk and mix it in the chard - makes it even creamier)Serving Size:?Makes two servings.
