Here is how you make Breakfast Taco Flips:

2 SERVINGS RECIPEHeat the oil and fry the hashbrowns in a circular pattern to resemble the same shape of the tortillas. Set aside. Crumble the sausage and cook thoroughly then, stir in the scrambled egg. Spread ingredients out to the shape of the tortilla and finish cooking on that side.Flip the mixture over, add the cheese and the place hash browns on top. Spread a small amount of salsa over the hash browns and allow to finish cooking. (Both the egg mixture and the hash browns should be the same size.)Place the first tortilla on top of ingredients and flip pan over in the pan for 10 seconds. (this is to heat the tortilla)Place the second tortilla on top and flip one more time.
