Here is how you make Hannukah Brisket:

Pre heat oven to 250 degrees.In a large roasting pan place 1/2 of the onions, carrots, rosemary and basil. Place meat on top of vegetable mixture. Then place rest of vegetables on top of meat. Pour wine over meat and vegetables. Cover tight and cook at 250 degrees for 4 to 6 hours.Remove meat from pan, cover. Puree vegetables and juices from roast.
