4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

Here is how you make Honey Garlic Meatballs over Broccoli and Quinoa:

Prepare quinoa according to package directions.Drizzle broccoli with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast at 425 for about 15 minutes, until edges are browned. In a saucepan, brown the minced garlic and onion in olive oil for 3 or 4 minutes. Add brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Stir to combine and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the ketchup and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Layer the prepared quinoa in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread broccoli over top of that then place frozen meatballs over the broccoli.
