Here is how you make Antelope with Broccoli:

Cut antelope with grain in 1 1/2 in wide strips. Mix meat with soy sauce and ginger. Let stand for 15 minutes to marinate. While meat is marinating, combine all ingredients for cooking sauce and mix well. Set aside. Place wok over medium high heat. Add 1 Tbsp oil to wok. When oil is hot, ad 1/2 of the meat. Stir-fry until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Remove from wok. Add 1 more Tbsp oil and remaining meat. Stir-fry until lightly browned. Remove from wok. Add 2 more Tbsp oil to wok. When oil is hot, add broccoli and stir-fry for about 1-3 minutes or until tender crisp. Add cooking sauce and meat to the wok with the broccoli and stir until it boils and thickens, about 1 minute.
