8oz Filet Mignon (the original calls for Strip Steak but my hubby will not eat that cut)
1/4 tsp Powdered Ginger
1/4 tsp Ganulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1 cup prepaired egg noodles (wide or extra wide)
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Rice Vinegar

1 Bag Frozen Broccoli (cut or mini spears)

1.5 tsp Wasabi Powder
1.5 tsp Water
4 tbs Lite Soy Sauce

also additional Garlic and Ginger to taste when prepairing noodles.

Here is how you make Wasabied Steak and Noodles with Broccoli:

Wash the steak and pat dryrub both sides with ginger garlic and pepper at amounts noted in ingredients.Cook steak until Medium or Medium Rare depending on your preference. (suggest using a grill, grill pan or heavy duty skillet) should be able 4-5 minutes a side depending on thickness. Once steak is done remove from heat and set aside.Prepare your egg noddles per their instructions and drain. Toss with Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Ginger and Garlic to taste. Then add Rice Vinegar and toss to coat. Steam or Microwave Broccoli until heated through.Mix Wasabi Powder with Water and stir until blended. Add Soy Sauce and mix.Cut steak into bit sized pieces and add steak and broccoli to the noddles.
