The ingredients for Niagra Burger are:

3 lbs 80/20 ground hamburger
2 packets lipton onion soup mix
1 tbs lowerys seasoning salt
1-2 cups of beer
Toppings included in ingredient list and calorie count-
10 slices- Sargento Sharp Cheddar Cheese if you cut your patty in half like me I still use a slice of cheese.
1 medium red onion sliced
1 head romaine lettuce sliced
1 medium beefsteak tomato sliced
10 buns - Sara Lee Hearty & Delicious 100% Whole Wheat Bakery Buns (1 bun), 10 serving

Grease your grill before cooking these or they will maybe stick - Cook for approx. 4-6 minutes each side (depends on what kind of grill you have), let burgers rest 10 minutes before eating.

Also don't make them too big, they should make 10 nice sized burgers. The reason I put 20 servings is I cut my burger patty in half to reduce the calories. If you don't do this of course it is only 10 servings and more calories.
