1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1 tablepoon butter
1 tsp. dry onion
1\2 tsp. cajun seasoning
3/4 c. of ready to cook hash browns
6 tbsp. of liquid egg whites

Here is how you make my all whites burrito:

start off by dicing the bell pepper into 1/4 in pieces, put aside in a bowl, dice ham in the same manner, add to peppers, add dry onion and Cajun seasoning. Stir and set aside. Heat small saute' pan on about medium low to medium. Spread hash browns evenly. After about 2 minutes put divide you tbsp of butter over the hash browns. Let the butter melt through the hash browns without turning or stirring. Let cook for 4-5 more minutes. lightly season with salt and pepper Flip. You can use a spatula, but at this point your hash browns should be one piece. Let cook for another 4-5 minutes. Season again. Move the hash over to one half of pan and add meat and pepper mixture. Cook and eventually mix all ingredients in the pan. Another 3-4 mins. Make sure the ingredients are well incorporated at this point. Level out in pan. Evenly pour egg whites into the mixture. Let set until egg whites form a bit of a crust on the bottom, then flip. Divide the mixture into three portions. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the three portions. Meanwhile heat one tortilla in the microwave 10-20 seconds. Place the hot tortilla on a flat surface and add one portion of the egg mixture, then wrap. Repeat for the next two tortillas.
