Here is how you make Dave's Wet Burritos:

In a large skillet mix ground beef, onion, canned tomatoes (with juice), water, and taco seasoning, bring to a boil, then turn to simmer until meat is weel done and onions are soft.Drain meat, saving juices.For sauce used saved juice and mix in milk, flour, salt and pepper. Once well mixed, add 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, stirring to make sauce creamy. Cover cook on low.Add meat mixture to totillas and three tablespoons of sauce. Sprinkle with pinch of cheese.
