Here is how you make Wet Burritos:

Add uncooked ground beef, one cup water, and burrito seasoing to skillet. Cook until meat is cooked and liquid is absorbed. Combine enchilada sauce and gravy mix. Heat. Spread a small amount of gravy mixture on bottom of 9X13 pan. Fill tortillas with meat, beans, rice, and cheese, then roll and place in pan. Continue until all ingredients are used.
