1/2 pound green beans, trimmed
1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Pork Tenderloin with Lemon Honey ButterPreheat the oven to 375 degrees.[1] Heat the butter in an OVENPROOF skillet over medium heat. Add the honey, thyme and lemon juice, stirring well.[2] Season the pork with salt and pepper and place in the skillet. Cook until the underside is browned, about 5 minutes. Turn the pork and cook until the other side is browned, another 5 minutes. Lower the heat, if needed.[3] Place the pan in the oven and roast until the pork is just cooked through, 7-10 minutes. Transfer the pork to a plate.[4] Add water to the pan and stir over medium heat,scraping up all of the browned bits from the sides of the pan. Simmer until the sauce is reduced, about 5 minutes.
