4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1.5 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch to make a slurry

If using 95/5 ground beef, brown it and set aside. if using 80/20 ground beef, brown it, place into a bowl or plate lined with paper towels, blot it with additional paper towels, then put into a colander and rinse with very hot water. This yields the equivalent of 95/5 beef. Set aside.Add the bacon grease to the pan and heat on medium/high.When it just begins to smoke, add all the vegetables and stir to the beginning of tender crisp.Return the beef to heat it through, and add the fish sauce and soy sauce.As it is heating, add the corn starch into a small amount of water to make a slurry and add about half, stir for a short bit and see if the sauce is clinging.
