The ingredients for Cabbage Lasagne Protein Power are:

1/2 medium head of cabbage
1T olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 lb hamburger
3oz tomato paste
6 oz tomato sauce
1t dried oregano
1 t salt
pepper
1/2 c grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 c cottage cheese
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

Oven at 350. Steam cabbage leaves. Saute garlic, onion, and green pepper in the oil until onion is translucent. Add ground beef and brown. Drain excess fat. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and seasonings and combine well.

Coat a square casserole dish with a little olive oil. Line the bottom with a layer of cabbage leaves. Top with half the meat mixture. Add a third of the mozzarella and half the cottage cheese. Add another layer of cabbage leaves, the remaining half of the meat mixture, another third of the mozzarella, and the remaining half of the cottage cheese. Top with remaining cabbage leaves and mozzarella and finish by scattering the Parmesan on top.

Bake covered for about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
