1 tsp fresh chopped mint
3 large tomatoes (seeds removed)

2 tbsp margarine
2 lemons

How Do I Make Cabbage Cigars?

Here is how you make Cabbage Cigars:

Boil the cabbage leaves for 5 minutes. Drain. Mix the meat, rice, onion, salt, pepper and mint. Place mixture on center of cabbage leave, fold the edges and roll them into 12 cabbage cigars. In a big pot set the remaining 4 cabbage leaves on the bottom of the pan, opened. Arrange the cigars on top of those, side by side.Blend the tomato, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the cigars. Spread little pieces of margarine or butter, mint and, if you like, nuts (add calories for the nuts). Cover the cigars with water and place a small plate on top of cigars to hold them down. Simmer for 30 minutes.
