1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups red onions, chopped
1 cup Ragu pasta saue
1 can (19 oz) San Marzano tomatoes, diced
1 can condensed mushroom soup
3/4 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp VE Poudre Douce
1/2 tsp oregano
salt & pepper, to taste

Here is how you make Lazy Layered Cabbage Rolls:

1. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Add VE Poudre Douce, oregano and salt and pepper. 2. Add water, soup and diced tomatoes to meat mixture and stir until soup has completely broken down.3. Add uncooked rice to mixture, reduce heat, cover and simmer approximately 20 mins or until rice is cooked.4. Cover bottom of casserole dish with pasta sauce. 5. Layer 2 cups shredded cabbage over the pasta sauce and cover with a layer of cooked rice mixture. Repeat layers and cover with foil.6.
