Here is how you make Savory Cabbage Rolls:

Boil water in a pot. Once water is boiling, turn off the heat and add a head of cabbage. Let sit in the water for 15-20 minutes.Meanwhile, brown the ground beef and onions. Add parsley, salt, pepper, rice and egg and mix well.Once the cabbage is finished, gently pull off 10-12 large leaves. Cut out the thickest part of the leaf, leaving a V like shape. Put some of the beef mixture into a leaf, and roll it up, tucking in the ends. Place all rolls into deep casserole dish. Cover the rolls with vodka sauce and chopped tomatoes.
