Here is how you make Ryan's Cabbage Cassrole:

Cook rice according to package directions. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat, add beef stock concentrate. Chop cabbage. Layer half the cabbage in the bottom of a casserole dish. Combine tomato sauce, tomato soup, 1/2 cup water and the salt and pepper in a jug. Pour half the tomato mixture over the cabbage in the casserole. Mix the cooked rice and beef then layer over the cabbage. Cover with remaining cabbage, the pour remaining tomato mixture over top. Cover and bake at 375 for 40 min.
