What Are The Ingredients For Calzones Recipe?The ingredients for Calzones are: 1/2 cup water2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 Cups white flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp yeast Filling: 3 oz Salami 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 oz. feta cheese, cut into cubes (crumbles) 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil 2 egg yolks black pepper to taste How Do I Make Calzones?Here is how you make Calzones: Mix first 6 ingredients in bread machine. Set the machine to dough setting.For the filling, cut the salami into small cubes and place in bowl. Add sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, feta and ricotta cheeses, basil and egg yolks. Mix well and season to taste with pepper and salt.When the dough is ready, place it on lightly floured surface and divide into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece out into a flat round 1/4"thick. Preheat oven to 425F. Divide the filling over the 4 pieces of dough, placing it on one half only in each case. Leave a small border of the dough all around. Dampen the edges of each dough round with water, fold the remaining dough over the filling and then crimp the edges of each calzone with fingers to seal securely. Place each calzone on a lightly oiled large baking sheet.
